You can check out our Career page HERE

What do I need to do in order to become a Salesperson?

Massachusetts requires you take this 40-hour pre-testing course before you sit for the 120 question real estate exam. You must achieve a score of 70% or better to be licensed.

When are the courses offered?

Since these online real estate classes are recorded on video, there is no specific start or end time. We have a flexible schedule which allows you to come in and watch the real estate training videos at your convenience.

How long does the course take to complete?

Most students are able to complete the course within two weeks, if they take one class per day. Each class is four hours long and they are divided into two 2-hour sections. The 10 classes focus on different aspects of buying and selling real estate.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Please bring your $300 payment for course materials. We suggest you bring a pen and notebook. Get a good night’s rest before so you are able to focus on the material!

Okay, so I’ve completed the course, now what?

You will receive a “Massachusetts Real Estate Candidate Handbook,” which is your certificate you need to take the test. This certificate is valid for two years. The handbook needs to be completed and sent by mail to Las Vegas and then you will receive a card in the mail with a number to call to schedule the test. It is about a 3 week turn around.

Oh no! I failed my Salesperson test, now what?

You can reschedule to take the test anytime within two years of receiving your “Massachusetts Real Estate Candidate Handbook.” You can repeat the course free of charge, if you would like a refresher!

What’s the difference between a Salesperson and a Broker?

Broker’s are licensed to handle other people’s money (i.e. down payments, commission checks) and can have a Salesperson(s) working for them. You must be a licensed Salesperson, working for a Broker, for at least three years before taking the Broker’s exam.
